DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul - Piyalepasa

First of all room was really good, very clean and comfortable. I would like to mark guy from room service: Don - he was really good. All my requests were done exceptionally, he is very friendly and helpful, thanks a lot for such good service. Breakfast was good, not very variable, but good enough to find something for me, fried eggs, bakery, fresh fruits and vegetables you can find.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, and the signature warm cookie was a lovely touch. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a very comfortable bed and excellent amenities. The location is ideal—just a short drive from Taksim, yet quiet and relaxing. Their shuttle service to the city center was also very convenient. A special thanks to Esra, the customer manager, who truly made our stay even better. She was extremely helpful, spoke Arabic fluently, and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Her hospitality and professionalism stood out. The gym, spa, and pool facilities were also clean and well-maintained. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely come back!

The hotel is nice, big and clean. Conveniently located with bus stop next to it. You can take the bus to Taksim square from there if you miss the hotel Shuttle. The stafd Tolga gave us a very good intro on our first day here about the city and the room. He also gave him his WhatsApp and have been giving us prompt response for our needs during our 3 nights stay here. Onur and Emre were very helpful at checking out and getting us a taxi to make sure we got to the airport on time. Overall all staffs here are very welcoming and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Piyalepaşa, Istanbul. The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from Istiklal Caddesi, and there's also a convenient shuttle to Taksim Square. The staff were friendly, helpful, and came from different countries, which added a nice international touch. My room was spotless, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous—with a huge variety and the option to order from a menu. Special thanks to Esra Hanım and Tolga Bey for their exceptional service!
