DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul - Piyalepasa

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The atmosphere is elegant yet comfortable, and everything from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the facilities reflects real attention to detail. The staff deserve special praise for their professionalism and kindness. Every team member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. It’s rare to find such consistent hospitality across every department. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options, and the location made it easy to explore the area while still enjoying peace and quiet when we returned. Overall, this hotel delivers a perfect balance of comfort, service, and style. We left feeling relaxed and very well cared for and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

This was our first time in Istanbul, we wanted a quite room. The staff is super friendly and service is amazing, i am not used to be served that well. I want to mention a few names: Esra who helped us during ou depart and before our arrival, Tolga who gave us some good tips and was very patient via WhatsApp with our questions, Thuta for his friendly smile and service during breakfast. We got a nice video from Servet who allowed me to play a song from our wedding, he was cheering us to dance, and made the video, a lovely memory! …. Some important information, first we thought the hotel was very far from everything, we were taking uber, then we learned to take the buses , there is also transport from the Hotel to Taksim and back, we used that a lot, and we discovered a lovely area very chick, near the Hotel, with shopping mall, art galleries and restaurants a few meters after crossing the bridge. So the location is great! You only need to know those tips. We loved it! The gym we used every 2 days and after day we went for a nice swim, some days we have these facilities for ourselves. Food was delicious!

Good location

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, and the signature warm cookie was a lovely touch. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a very comfortable bed and excellent amenities. The location is ideal—just a short drive from Taksim, yet quiet and relaxing. Their shuttle service to the city center was also very convenient. A special thanks to Esra, the customer manager, who truly made our stay even better. She was extremely helpful, spoke Arabic fluently, and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Her hospitality and professionalism stood out. The gym, spa, and pool facilities were also clean and well-maintained. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely come back!

We stayed at DoubleTree Piyalepaşa overnight between our two flights. The staff kindly gave us a room upgrade which made our stay much more pleasant. Enesh at the front desk, helped us with all the information and explained things really well. Mehmet kindly helped us with our luggage and helped us settle in. The room was clean and well stocked. We ordered room service and the food was really good. Breakfast was also great. The staff also helped make our check out process easy and assisted us in setting off to the airport. The staff service we experienced here was better than DoubleTree Edinburgh. Although we really enjoyed our stay there as well!
