The room was clean, neat, and quiet. Terrace was lovely too. It was however quite hot when the sun was out and there was no shade to use. There is not much to do close to the hotel but if you take a taxi it is close to many places you could visit and spend time at. Hotel's room service is good, the food is not exceptional but is good. The staff are friendly, but Esra (concierge) is especially lovely and very helpful. We even asked for a good place via WA and she recommended a great place to eat. Also helped us a lot with possible options for a private romantic cruise, altho we eventually decided against it. Overall had a good time staying here.

First of all room was really good, very clean and comfortable. I would like to mark guy from room service: Don - he was really good. All my requests were done exceptionally, he is very friendly and helpful, thanks a lot for such good service. Breakfast was good, not very variable, but good enough to find something for me, fried eggs, bakery, fresh fruits and vegetables you can find.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, and the signature warm cookie was a lovely touch. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a very comfortable bed and excellent amenities. The location is ideal—just a short drive from Taksim, yet quiet and relaxing. Their shuttle service to the city center was also very convenient. A special thanks to Esra, the customer manager, who truly made our stay even better. She was extremely helpful, spoke Arabic fluently, and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Her hospitality and professionalism stood out. The gym, spa, and pool facilities were also clean and well-maintained. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely come back!

We stayed at DoubleTree Piyalepaşa overnight between our two flights. The staff kindly gave us a room upgrade which made our stay much more pleasant. Enesh at the front desk, helped us with all the information and explained things really well. Mehmet kindly helped us with our luggage and helped us settle in. The room was clean and well stocked. We ordered room service and the food was really good. Breakfast was also great. The staff also helped make our check out process easy and assisted us in setting off to the airport. The staff service we experienced here was better than DoubleTree Edinburgh. Although we really enjoyed our stay there as well!

I had a fantastic stay at Doubletree by Hilton. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Communication was excellent throughout my stay, making everything easy and convenient. A special thanks to Mr. Tolga at the reception, whose exceptional hospitality and attention to detail truly made my experience perfect. His kindness and professionalism went above and beyond, making me feel truly valued as a guest. I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay. Property was well n good, Big Thumb to the front Office team for their warm welcome and hospitality. I have list some names who has profound in professionalism. First thumb to Ms.Esra- who arranged a connecting room well in advance before my arrival- it ease my part of stay as i was travelled with my family. Next Thumb to Mr.Kerem- so nice of you man, they way you treated and welcomed. keep Going. Final Thumb to Mr. Tholga- The Man who briefed things very clearly in order. Super

The hotel is nice, big and clean. Conveniently located with bus stop next to it. You can take the bus to Taksim square from there if you miss the hotel Shuttle. The stafd Tolga gave us a very good intro on our first day here about the city and the room. He also gave him his WhatsApp and have been giving us prompt response for our needs during our 3 nights stay here. Onur and Emre were very helpful at checking out and getting us a taxi to make sure we got to the airport on time. Overall all staffs here are very welcoming and helpful.

Thank you so much to Esra Ozpinar, Tolga, from Guest Relations team and Duty Manager Servet they were always very helpful, welcoming and professional. The hotel is very closely located to the historic Taksim square which is ideal, it offers an hourly free shuttle to the city centre which is ideal as it saves money on taxis. The hotel bedroom is large and spacious, with air conditioning to cool you down when the weather is hot, and most importantly it has a large comfortable bed. The bedroom is cleaned on a daily basis upholding excellent hygiene standards. The hotel also has a Monte roof top bar which has amazing night views and a great menu selection for delicious food and drinks. Thank you again to Doubletree by Hilton and especially Esra Ozpinar, Tolga from Guest Relations team and Servet the Duty Manager.

I really enjoyed my stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Piyalepaşa, Istanbul. The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from Istiklal Caddesi, and there's also a convenient shuttle to Taksim Square. The staff were friendly, helpful, and came from different countries, which added a nice international touch. My room was spotless, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous—with a huge variety and the option to order from a menu. Special thanks to Esra Hanım and Tolga Bey for their exceptional service!
